Mark is the director of Spark, which is a creative consultancy based in London. He was formerly Head of Cultural Campaigns at the London Mayor's office, for both Mayors, where he led, amongst other things, the largest Festival of Indian Culture seen in the UK, 2 seasons of Late Night cultural activity across the capital's major museums and a range of other major projects.
